This might be an U.S. specific limited release. I got several of each of these two bottles a while back.

This XO by the ‘PM Spirits Project’ is a Cask Strength at 42.6% abv. My understanding was that it’s a 25 year old. But I feel it’s older.

Tropical fruits at the nose. Complex.
Rancio had developed, and lively at the same time. It’s a good combination.

There is no ‘pregnancy logo’, so that suggests it may be pre-2006 inventory.

Yes Ton. There are several of retailers that continues to carry Giboin. Although I wish they have more variety to offer.

Giboin 1999, 46.5% abv., 24 years old.

Floral on the nose.

On the palate: complex, layered, stone fruit.

The verdict: this bottle is one of the best value on the market.

Baron de Lustrac 40 Year Old Brut De Fût Bas Armagnac 46.4% abv. On the nose: slow to reveal. Sherry on the fore. On the palate: the extra abv has a bite.
