I decided to go with the Deux sincere I already know what the Voyer Extra taste like.

This cognac is quite good. No alcohol burn at all at 51% abv. Compared to the Audry Aristide, this is smoother and only cost half as much. I am glad I took a chance with it. And sorry to say, but the rancio is pronounced with this one

The nose: smell of ripe pineapple, cigar box, leather chair. Rich.

On the palate: rancio. Quite yummy, and smooth for a 51% abv. Complex and layered. Mid length on the tongue. Taste of mango and that ripe pineapple. Christmas cake.
