My new bottle Hine Antique Vieille Fine Champagne crystal bottle. Kept in really good condition. The Napoleon grade has a similar package like this. I am curious to which one is better.

Also something interesting with my bottle. The neck band says it 70 proof, but right below it says 40% abv.

As you probably know, 70 proof is equal to 40%Vol. So this neckband is probably used for more than one market.
The Antique should be far more better than the Napoleon.

Francois Peyrot Lot 61 Heritage, 43.8% abv.

This is a 63 year old cognac. It’s supposed to be unfiltered, and not chilled, cask strength.

Surprised that Peyrot doesn’t seem to be in the business of maximizing profits. For what they’re offering here, they could charge four times the amount if they want to.

I’ve had the old Heritage bottles purported to be 45-50 years old, and it was already amazing. Hope this bottle is consistent with their usual pedigree.
