Een cadeaupakketje van Frapin met een Grande Champagne VSOP en een Grande Champagne XO VIP inhoud 5 cl. Puur om eens te proberen en kennis te maken met deze cognac.

Gisteravond de Frapin XO VIP gedronken. Zachte cognac met kruidige en fruitige tonen. Lekker!

Afgelopen donderdag heb ik een fles Marcel Garnier “ Tres Vielile Fines Borderies” mogen kopen. Volgens beschikbare literatuur betreft het een circa 25 jarige Borderies met een sterkte van 42%.

Does anyone have any more information on this bottle and also this house at all? The only thing that I can find online about them is my bottle, and another one of their older bottle that sold at Bonhams auction on November 21, 2012.

Your vast knowledge of anything cognac is truly amazing Ton. As a matter of fact, I did tried looking for answers on your website initially, but didn’t dig deep enough, as the answer was hidden under the Vinet-Delpech story. I wrongly assumed that they might somehow be related to Fanny Fougerat and looked in the wrong direction.
