Tasted this one some 8 years ago, and I wasn't very impressed to be honest. Could well be a different cognac bij now, though. Interested in your opinion, Fuzhou!

I must say that the only reason that I bought this bottle, and also the way that I came to discover this cognac and developed curiosity towards it was due to this forum. Hier ben ik echt heel blij mee, zie. De Maxime Trijol Ancestrale Grande Champagne is vandaag toegekomen. Dankzij Nicky van cognacshop, die Mr. Trijol nog gecontacteerd heeft ivm mijn vraag naar de leeftijd, weet ik nu dat deze (om een lang verhaal kort te maken) ZEKER 70 à 80 jaar oud is.

En deze zijn ook deze ochtend nog geleverd: Laurichesse Hommage 45 % en Hommage 47,4 %. De 47,4 % is al mijn 2de fles. Super lekker is die. Laurichesse is een nieuw cognachuis, gerelateerd aan Paul Beau. Beide edities zijn 40 jaar oud.
