I've tasted a new Cognac called D'Aincourt Extra. Absolutely superb. Apparently a blend of 12 Cognacs from 25 to 70 years old. Superb taste…long finish, round and full of elegant and complex aromas…a pleasure…I bought it on www.bestofwines.nl

Blind kwamen we tot het volgende:

Kruidig, niet scherp, mooie geur. Chocola, mokka, rozijnen, fruitig. Beetje zoet, maar wel in balans. Zacht, wat minder vol, beetje rancio.
